Our Process
Enquiry Form: Complete the Enquiry Form on our website here. After you complete the Enquiry Form The next step is to Join Our Waiting List. Pleaase Note: You will not be able to join our waiting list until your Enquiry Form has been submitted.
Waiting List: After submitting your Enquiry Form you will be asked if you would like to join our “Waiting List” There is no commitment or deposit required to do this. You will be notified first, of upcoming litters and availability. Our pups are usually sold before they are born, so make sure you are on our waiting list to be notified.
Reply: We will reply to your enquiry form with any questions you may have asked and see if you would like a follow up phone call.
Meet and Greet: Once you have decided you would like to bring a Pedigree Standard Poodle home we will follow up with a pre arranged video call. On this call you can meet us and our fur family and see where we all live. We will also see your home and where your new puppy will live. We will need to see your outdoor space, where puppy will sleep (it’s OK if you don’t have their bed yet), and we need to make sure you have adequate fencing around your property where the pup will be frequenting. Pre arranged personal visits to meet us, the pups and our girls in person are encouraged and available by appointment.
Transport: Next we will discuss how you would like your new puppy to come home to you. You can Collect from us in Newcastle, NSW. Road Transport - We can arrange road transport with RoyalPaws, Luxury in Pet Transport. RoyalPaws will deliver to drop off points along the East Coast of Australia and into SA. It is much cheaper than flying, RoyalPaws provide a brilliant service and will look after your new puppy extremely well. Let us know and we will organise a price and details of their meeting points. You will be able to follow the transport van along the whole route from us to you. RoyalPaws stop for toilet, food and sanitation of the pups crates along the journey. Flights – There are several options available for domestic flights and we can advise of costs if this is your option. Standard Poodles Australia are experienced InternationalExporters and utilise reputable Export Companies that we engage for International Flights, all paperwork will be administered and they will have regular communication all at very reasonable prices. Transport costs are payable in full before final bookings are made. No refunds are available once booked.
Signing Contracts: We will send you a Deposit Contract, Puppy Purchase Contract and a Spay and Neuter Contract to your email address, these can be signed electronically and returned to us via email or signed manually and posted or scanned and emailed.
Deposits: A deposit is required of 50% of the total price including costs for any transport options requested. Monies can be paid in Cash or by Direct Deposit. If for whatever reason we are unable to supply you with a puppy, your deposit will be rfunded in full.
Please Note: Pups are not classified as ‘held’ until a deposit has been paid and pups are not able to leave us until all funds have cleared.
Welcome Home Call: We will call to make sure you don’t have any questions once pup is home with you.

If you have any questions, would like a personal visit to meet us, or a FaceTime call, these are all encouraged and can be arranged by appointment. Please contact us.
