We go above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition for pup into their new home with you, now and into the future.

  • Health Guarantee – Your pup will come home having had a complete health check by our qualified Veterinarians.

  • Microchipped – Your pup will be microchipped and the Microchip details can be transferred into your name once pup is home with you.

  • Free Pet Insurance - AUSTRALIAN RESIDENTS ONLY - We have partnered with Knose Pet Insurance. Your free 30 day policy will be activated by us the day before you take puppy home or puppy leaves us to be transported to you. We will have a second health check done by our vet which means there is immediate cover for allowable claims. We set the initial policy at the top tier level. Annual Benefit Limit - $25,000, Benefit Percentage Paid - 90%, Annual Excess - $0. If you wish to continue with Knose and you transfer your policy, you will be given another 30 days free insurance (there is no obligation to continue). Standard Poodles Australia highly recommend Pet Insurance for any unforeseen accidents.

  • Lifetime Phone and Email Support – Standard Poodles Australia will happily take calls and emails with any questions you may have over the lifetime of your Pedigree Standard Poodle (excludes Veterinary advice).

  • Settle In Pack – Your new pup will start their new life with a blanket that has their litter-mates and their Mum’s smells on it which is a great comfort when settling in to their new home. We will also send some great toys and educational aids to help puppy grow and learn.

  • Desexing - Standard Poodles Australia will pay your Vet direct (Desexing surgery cost only up to $500 - Australia residents only) for the cost of a Spay or Neuter when the time comes. We are happy for you to be advised by your Vet at what age they recommend this takes place. Please advise your Vet of this process and that we will contact them to make payment.

  • Re-Homing Guarantee – Standard Poodles Australia Guarantee to take back your pup at any stage during their life if your circumstances change for any reason. Your new pup will always be a part of our family too.
